The D&I@JOBS project gathers and exchanges knowledge and practices on job carving and job crafting as approaches to support the (re)integration of vulnerable groups into the labour market, including people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, NEETs, and migrants. The project strengthens employment pathways while building the capacity of enterprises to act as exemplary inclusive employers.
By training coaches and mentors, companies become better equipped to employ vulnerable groups and improve their employability. The project promotes the transfer of EU knowledge, supports mutual learning, and encourages innovative approaches that foster inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
