About the project

The project empowers youth workers and youth organisations to promote social entrepreneurship among young people in the tourism value chain, with a particular focus on young people with disabilities. It aims to change perceptions by recognising young people with disabilities as active contributors and potential leaders in tourism and social entrepreneurship.

The project strengthens the capacity of organisations working with young people—both with and without disabilities—through innovative youth work methods, tools, and training. It supports youth workers in guiding young people towards social entrepreneurship and faster integration into the labour market, while fostering cooperation between EU and Western Balkan countries to promote youth employability and inclusive economic participation.
