Information, consultation and participation rights as a factor of success for the business transfer to employees in SMES
In4BTE analyses and promotes best practices in employee involvement and business transfers to employees, strengthening social dialogue in company succession processes.
The In4BTE project analyses real cases where rights to information, consultation, and participation (ICP), as well as transparency principles, play a key role in company succession processes and corporate restructuring, leading to successful business transfers to employees and improved social dialogue at company level. The project also disseminates identified best practices and transfers knowledge to countries with less experience in these instruments.
