The RIDE project aims to empower migrant and refugee women to enter the digital labour market through reskilling and upskilling opportunities via tailored courses and trainings. It helps participants acquire the skills needed to work, earn an income, pursue fulfilling careers, and integrate into host societies. The project develops a guideline booklet covering bootcamps, training offers, labour market info days, and meetings with private and social businesses; recruits participants through national Info Days; offers individual coaching and group sessions on social inclusion, women’s rights, and labour market integration; provides job-specific ICT training; facilitates contact with local and international companies via Job Placement Fairs; and supports internships and job placements.
