About the project

The project develops an innovative approach to engage vulnerable NEET youth, supporting their re-entry into learning pathways to acquire labour-market-relevant skills. It combines research to identify key skills with a co-design process to define the methodological framework and validation approach. Micro-learning units and SEQ competence cards will support informal learning, self-assessment, and skills validation, integrated into a gamified digital application. Training and outreach will be delivered via SEQ Living Labs, fostering collaboration with local stakeholders to maximise engagement and dissemination. A co-design and co-delivery approach ensures the needs of target groups remain central.
