About the project

TEAMWORK 2 addresses sexual harassment in the workplace, a widespread and underreported form of gender-based violence in the EU. The project brings together 13 partners from six EU Member States and is based on three pillars: capacity building to address workplace harassment, awareness raising and support services for employers and victims, and advocacy for systemic change, combined with communication to reframe the issue in society. The project engages Chambers of Commerce, business associations, trade unions, companies, public authorities, EU-level social partners, women’s rights organisations, advisory bodies, MEPs, and working-age citizens, aiming to strengthen prevention, support, and policy responses across the EU. 

The project contributes to strengthening national policies and implementing the EU Framework Directive on Safety and Health at Work (89/391/EEC). 

Teamwork 2 is the follow up project of TEAMWORK.
