ZELDA aims to strengthen intercultural competences among educators and professionals working in multicultural environments. The project developes and tests an innovative training model based on the Cohen-Emerique intercultural approach, encouraging structured reflection on cultural differences, biases, and communication in diverse contexts.
The project produces training tools, guidelines, and educational resources to support trainers and institutions in promoting inclusion, dialogue, and mutual understanding. Through pilot activities and transnational cooperation, the project enhances professional capacities in intercultural education and contributes to improved integration practices across partner countries.
